Run Mom Run Welcome
We are moms dedicated to helping other moms find the latest information on issues that concern them. RunMomRun.org is a website created for moms by moms as a resource of information on health, fitness, and work-life issues. Each month we will explore a new topic from nutrition during pregnacy to getting active with your baby. Being healthy and active is important before, during and after pregnancy and RunMomRun.org will provide articles and advice on these important issues.

Why get active before or after pregnancy? Being active during pregnancy will help with labor and a quicker recover after birth. Studies have shown that moderate exercise post-partum can help prevent PPD. Living an active lifestyle is also a great way to get your kids active. Kids learn by example! There are many activities that you can do with your kids that are fun and great exercise such as yoga for babies/kids and specialized walking/running groups. Getting out with your baby is also a great way to meet other new moms.

Do you want your articles or website featured on RunMomRun.org? It must be related to health and fitness for pregnant women or moms. You article can't include an enticement to buy a product. Send us an email with your link. If it is right for our site we may feature it.
